Red Funnel has confirmed it will run an amended vehicle ferry timetable on 23rd and 27th December.
The changes stem from Red Falcon being unable to return into service due to ongoing engine repair works alongside other essential maintenance.
Red Kestrel, the operator’s freight-only vessel, is being deployed to help ease demand.
Customers contacted
Red Funnel is contacting all impacted customers to offer new crossing times, including arrival time advice for all passengers travelling on 27th December, as its expected to be a busy travel day.
Passengers travelling on Sunday 24th, Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th December are unaffected.
