Remembrance Day will be marked in Ryde tomorrow (Friday) with a parade.
At 10.50am the parade will proceed from the top of St James Street to the shrine in Lind Street outside Ryde Town Hall.
At 11am, two minutes silence will be observed. The parade will then march back into St James Street. The memorial should end at approx 11.10am.
Lind Street will be closed from West Street to St James Street from 10.50am until 11.10am.
Traffic is advised to divert via West Street, Spencer Road and St Thomas Street.
Some additional parking restrictions will required in Lind Street (from Market Street to St James Street) and at the top of St James Street from 8am until 12pm (noon).
