Due to the road closure on Newport Road, Upper Ventnor (24th June-8th July) the Ventnor Town Council have made the decision to reschedule this year’s Ventnor Day.
It was planned Saturday 6th July, but will now take place in the summer holidays on Friday 16th August – during Carnival week.
They say,
“We are sorry that we have had to do this, but more traffic and risk assessments make a date change the best option.
“Thank you to Ventnor Carnival for accommodating us in carnival week.
“Hopefully it will be a great community day in a already fun filled week “
