Rodney Dillyweed’s Undesirable Demise

Rodney Dillyweed's Undesirable DemiseCome and literally be part of the show when Wet Picnic theatre company present their latest production, RODNEY DILLYWEED’S UNDESIRABLE DEMISE, based on poetry by Edgar Allen Poe and the works of Tim Burton, at Quay Arts on Wed 24 September at 8pm.

Wet Picnic like to place their audience in the middle of the action – they sit amongst the moving sets and scenery whilst the performers promenade (some on stilts!) and interact with and around them.

Rodney Dillyweed’s Undesirable Demise is the story of a young man, Rodney Dillyweed, who is trapped between the world of the living and the world of the dead.

As he meets deathly beings and creatures we follow his journey to reach a resolution.

A darkly comic and moving piece, which uses the entire space and transforms it into a different world.

Suitable for children aged 9 years +
