We were shocked and saddened to hear last week of the unexpected death of Serena Courage.
Many of you will know Serena as one of the founders of Ryde based shop, Made On The Isle of Wight, which she developed with her husband Robin Courage. She was also one of the founders of the Isle of Wight Literary Festival.
Serena, 56, passed away on Friday 24th May 2013, following a heart attack.
An inspiration
We found Serena to be an inspiring and warm character. Her enthusiasm and drive impressed many who came into contact with her.
Our sincerest thoughts are with Robin and Serena’s family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
