OnTheWight reader, Paul Newton, has been in touch this morning with a heartfelt appeal.
The horse in the photos was stolen from his paddock on the Main Rd at Alverstone early hours (around 4am) last Friday (1st July).
Paul says,
“Comet is the beloved pet of a young girl who is seriously ill in hospital unable to go out looking from him.
“I appeal to the Island community to be her eyes and ears. Let’s find Comet and get him back to her.”
