With less than a week to go until 270 Islanders travel to London to take part in the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant, Shademakers, the Isle of Wight carnival company who are responsible for Four Nations and the Queen’s Beasts section of the Pageant have this sneaky peek footage for News OnTheWight readers.
Ahead of being shared elsewhere, this short behind-the-scenes film gives you a flavour of what to expect on Sunday (5th June), when 250 performers parade up The Mall in front of Buckingham Palace for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant.

The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant will be screened on Sunday 5th June from 2.30pm on BBC1 and ITV.
