Revised proposals for the Mill Bay Inn planning application go to the Isle of Wight Planning Committee next Tuesday (22nd March) with officers recommending a split decision.
The officers are recommending conditional approval of the alterations and extensions to the public house, including the formation of a new flat above and the terrace of three town houses.
However, they recommend refusal of the end tower building which comprises a retail unit with three flats above.
