There are still a couple of weeks to go until the next Transcendental Meditation Retreat takes place at East Dene in Bonchurch.
The retreats are a great escape from the hurly burly of life and a wonderful way to wind down, meet some like minded people and recharge your batteries.
If you are already initiated in the practice of TM, then you are welcome to join the retreat and will need to get in touch with Will Treend (details below) asap to book your place.
If you’re not initiated but have been thinking about it, there may still be time to fit this in before the retreat. The sessions normally take place over several days, with the first consultation in your home and the remaining sessions in Alverstone.
The cost for the weekend, includes not only the practice and teaching, but also full board and bed.
