Sad news this morning when Police discovered a 37 year old woman found dead at her flat in John Street in Ryde.
The body was discovered just after midnight and we understand that three people have been arrested and an investigation is ongoing.
The three arrested were a 50-year-old man of no fixed abode, a 38-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man, both from Ryde.
All are being held in police custody and we’ll let you know when we hear more.
Update: All being held were this afternoon released on bail until 8 September, pending further enquiries.
Our thoughts are with the deceased woman’s friends and family.
