Around 40 people attended the unveiling of the board by Professor Kato and Dr Twycross yesterday afternoon.
Richard Smout, the Island Heritage Services Manager lead the Milne Trail walk ahead of the unveiling and this was very well received and attended. His in depth knowledge of Newport brings the buildings to life.
25 people joined us at the Riverside Centre for a Strawberry tea which gave us the chance to engage with the Japanese visitors and thank all those who helped make the event such a great success.
