Ventnor Community Help For Ukraine: Donations needed as well as volunteers to help sort them (updated)

Ventnor Community Help for Ukraine will have their collection and sorting point open from 9am to 4pm every weekday at Trinity Church Hall, Trinity Road, Ventnor.

Volunteers are needed to help with sorting. Please just turn up.

What is needed
Please only drop off items on the list below.

  • Cardboard boxes and clear large plastic bags
  • Canned food (six months in date)
  • Non perishables, long life milk, squash
  • Protein bars
  • Medication (six months in date)
  • First aid kits (six months in date)
  • Medical supplies (six months in date)
  • Survival blankets
  • Toilet roll, tissues
  • Nappies
  • Personal hygiene products: Soap, shampoo, sanitary products, toothbrushes, toothpaste
  • Baby food, baby formula, baby bottles, baby wipes, dummies
  • Vitamins
  • Batteries, torches
  • Bagged sleeping bags, tents, roll-up mats
  • Duvets, roll up mattresses and air beds
  • Small children’s toys, teddies, colouring books, pencils

Please do not donate second-hand clothes or children’s/baby clothes. These cannot be taken due to export issues.
