Don’t forget the Ventnor Lantern Parade this Friday evening.
If you are taking part in the parade, please assemble in the Market Street car park by the Youth Centre at 6.00pm. The procession starts at 6.15pm.
The route will go along Albert Street, Pier Street, High Street, Victoria Road, Dudley Road, Pier Street again, Church Road, Belgrave Road and then into Ventnor Park.
At 7pm there are Carols in the Park with Shanklin Brass Band, mulled wine, mince pies and Father Christmas.
About 40 lanterns have been made at the workshops, so it should be a beautiful sight.
