We’ve had an email from Catherine Wright who is a member of the Southampton Ukelele Jam asking us to put out an appeal to Ukelele players.
Catherine is hoping to come over to the Island to show her support for the Vestas workers who are staging a sit-in at the Newport plant.
She thought it would be a great idea to gather all ukelele players outside the plant to provide some entertainment to those who have been inside and outside for the last eight days.
