Each September, the Isle of Wight Cycling Festival attracts masses of cyclists to the Island.
The festival features a number of cycling rides, from the more relaxed family rides to the bonkers killer hills challenge.
The Isle of Wight Council tell us that they’re now looking for volunteer cycle ride leaders for this year’s event, taking place between 18 to 26 September.
Claire Critchison, IWC events officer said: “If you are an experienced cyclist and would like to share your favourite route with others or are happy for us to provide one, then we would love to hear from you.
“No qualifications are needed as enthusiasm and the ability to get on with other people is more important to us”.
If you want to volunteer yourself, give Claire Critchison, a buzz on 823070, or e-mail [email protected]
