If you don’t fancy Ken Campbell tonight at the Quay but want to get out of town, head up to Ryde Theatre to catch The Motion Pictures who are playing alongside Mikko, isle of wight council and iledwitches, for the first of (hopefully) many You, Me and Everyone We Know nights.
Looks like a good one and goes some way to supporting the bands AND the venue which is threatened with closure.
If you want to stay closer to home, how about Swing and Sinatra at the Winter Gardens (ANOTHER great venue that needs local/island support). Swing ‘n’ Sinatra are a lively five star tribute swing band that re-live the music and songs of Old Blue Eyes, together with the best of swing – from Glen Miller to Jools Holland.
