As we mentioned last week, the launch party for the second volume of the Wight Trash Transitions CD will be upon us at the end of the month and we can now bring you more details on the lineup.
Thee Waxworks, who performed at the launch of the first CD and appear on both volumes, have been working hard on new tracks and have some great surprises lined up for the gig on the 31st January.
Confirmed as joining them will be Electro-Magnetic Workshop and it’s possible that Santa Spirita may be performing too, although we’re waiting to get confirmation on that one.
We’re hoping for another very special guest, but can’t reveal who it is yet – keep your eyes peeled here for updates.
There’ll also be DJs on night playing their own music including the likes of Lektroluxe, Kaf Tan, George Cross and Outsane (aka Louis Soteriou).
The CD is being compiled by the wonderful Jim and Rob Holmes of Jackson Analogue and Boe Weaver fame and is due out in time for the launch.
Whoever plays on the night, you’ll be assured of great entertainment as there’s also going to be dancers, fire, stilts, unicycles and all manner of mayhem promised.
Once again, entrance will only be £2.50 – but don’t forget to bring enough cash to buy a CD – the Skate park needs the funds urgently.
