UPDATE: The council leader said he was really encouraged to see so many members of the Ventnor public at the meeting and the District Auditor said he’d never seen so many members of the public at an audit meeting before.
The local charity shops may’ve had a boost in sales today, as people hunt down something red to wear to the IWC Cabinet meeting at the Ventnor Winter Gardens.
If you have no idea what connection red clothes have to the Cabinet meeting, you probably haven’t seen the flyer that was in this weeks Chronicle and in some shops windows around town.
It reads:

A concerned individual who feels passionately about Saving Our Seaside is asking for anyone who cares about what happens to the seafront, to attend the Cabinet meeting tonight.
They are asking for people to assemble at the Winter Gardens around 5pm
