The three organisations bidding to take over the Ventnor Winter Gardens will be making their presentations this afternoon.
As VB reported at the beginning of last week, the Winter Gardens Rescue Group and Klaus Kuhnke were two of the shortlisted preferred bidders.
It has since been confirmed that Robert Thompson of the Hambrough is the third bidder to be shortlisted.
All three will be making their presentations to representatives from the Ventnor Town Council and Isle of Wight council today.
Exciting plans
There are some very exciting and ambitious plans for the future of the iconic venue which dates back to 1937.
The Winter Gardens closed in January 2011, after the Isle of Wight council took away future funding subsidies and the Ventnor Town Council were forced to hand the venue back to the IWC.
Best of luck to all the bidders today. We hope the final decision will be followed by swift negotiations and look forward to seeing the Winter Gardens open again soon.
