On Wednesday next week, YMCA Winchester House will be hosting the return of their ‘Afternoon Social’.
featuring Comedy film showing of ‘The Girl on the Boat’ Norman Wisdom (1961).
Based on the novel by P.G. Wodehouse, the film is based in the 1920s and tells the story of two Englishmen travelling on a transatlantic liner. It’s not long before the get into trouble and fall in love (not with each other).
Tickets are just £4 per person (price includes High Tea) and can be purchased on the door at the event.
