This special charity Zumba session takes place on Sunday 17th March in East Cowes Town Hall, with doors opening at 10.30am for a 11.00am start and then you’ll keep on dancing through to 2pm!
The first hour will cover a Zumba Gold Class which is a easy to follow, low impact workout suitable for all ages and abilities.
The next two hours will be a Zumba Fitness high energy, calorie burning workout. You can do as much or as little as you like, all ages and abilities welcome to this friendly and inclusive event. There will be a fun fancy dress theme to be announced shortly!
Participation is £10 per person, with all proceeds being split between the Earl Mountbatten Hospice and the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. Please bring water with you.
