Residents on the Isle of Wight gathered in several locations on Thursday evening to witness the lighting of Beacons to celebrate the 90th birthday of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
Official ceremony at Carisbrooke
Starting in Windsor, Beacons were lit across the country and an official ceremony at Carisbrooke Castle organised by the Royal British Legion, started the chain across the Island.
Attended by Island dignitaries and members of the public, the event was captured on film by Christian Beasely from Beautiful Wight who has kindly shared his footage.
Why not take five minutes to sit back and watch the event.
