You may have read our first-to-publish report of the opening and adjournment of the Coroner’s inquest into the sad death of Amphon Tuckey due to eating Death Cap mushrooms.
Here’s the video report that we did directly after the inquest had adjourned. We initially thought that there had been technical problem with the video, so didn’t publish it to you.
We now realise that it runs OK, so bring it to you now.
The slightly faltering presentation style is due to me having to refer to my notes, having just left the inquest. It felt important to get the news our, rather than be polished.
