VentnorBlog readers may already know of the group of local residents have been busy over the past few months making a community mosaic.
The group who are based on Ventnor, have, under the guidance of tutor Helen Goodman and with tiles donated by Topps Tiles of Newport, created a fabulous 20 foot long mosaic which will be on display in the Central car Park for all to enjoy.
The Ventnor Enhancement Fund have also received a grant (Million Blooms Award) for the renovations of what was the Church Hall in the Central Car Park and you will have noticed the changes to planting there.
The opening ceremony is on Friday 24th July at 6.30pm – Ventnor Guitar Club will be providing some music.
Everyone is welcome to join in the celebration.
