If you hold a concessionary bus pass, news reaches us that will be of interest to you.
We understand from the Isle of Wight Bus Users Group that most of the concessionary bus passes issued to Island residents when the scheme started, will expire next April (2012).
Update council if you’ve moved
According to the group, “the IW Council has decided it will be most efficient to renew them automatically and it will therefore send the replacement passes to the address registered when originally issued.”
If you have changed address since your pass was issued, or you no longer require a pass for any reason, you must get in touch with the council by calling 821 000.
