Due to technical fault on the Red Falcon the 13:30 car ferry sailing from Soton and the 15:00 sailing from East Cowes have been cancelled

A technical fault with Red Falcon car ferry has resulted in several cancellations this morning.
The problem started with the cancellation of the 04:15 Southampton to East Cowes.
This was followed by the cancellation of the the 07:15 from Southampton.
The following crossings have also been cancelled
09:00 from East Cowes
10:30 from Southampton
12:00 from East Cowes
Red Funnel advise that all traffic booked on the 09:00 sailing from East Cowes should turn up for the 10:30 sailing.
Any foot passengers planning to travel on these sailings can travel on our Hi-Speed service with their tickets.
