Residents, still homeless after five months, are desperate for either the council or Island Roads to actually become accountable, the MP heard yesterday.

UKIP Councillor, Graham Perks voted against the proposal to treat Ventnor Town Council as a Special Purchaser of the Coastal Centre at Salisbury Gardens. It made no difference to the outcome of the vote though and the support of the Scrutiny Committee was recorded.
