An evening of fantastic local music in support of local people in crisis. Joining us this year are The Rug Band, Two Big Violins, Second Time Around and Chasing Scarlett.
On Thursday, 13th October 2022, at the Quay Arts Centre, four well-known local bands will be delighting our senses at the Isle of Wight Foodbank’s Music Madness event.
Lewis: Overwhelmed by the generosity
Isle of Wight Foodbank’s new Project Manager, Kay Lewis,
“I am excited to attend my first Music Madness event and look forward to hearing the bands as well as meeting lots of new faces.
“I’m overwhelmed by the generosity of Quay Arts, the bands and all who support the event.”
Raising money to support people in crisis
We are all facing challenging economic times and as a charity, fundraising is a necessary part of who we are if we are to continue.
Our Music Madness evening will provide an evening of entertainment in a beautiful venue whilst raising necessary funds to continue supporting local people in crisis.
People supported risen by 50 per cent
As we come up to Christmas, we are entering our busiest season and as energy and food costs continue to rise, so does the amount of people we support.
In the last six months your generosity has helped us support over 2,600 people which has risen by over 50 per cent.
Show your support
Anyone can find themselves in a crisis and we are here to not only provide three days of nutritionally balanced food, but also to signpost to other agencies/charities to help with finding a way out of their crisis.
Tickets for the evening are £8 and can be ordered online via the Quay Arts Website.
Doors open at 19:00 for a 19:30 start.
Please come and support this event. We look forward to seeing you there.
