Arctophiles (aka teddy bear fans) across the Island will no doubt want to add this fund-raising event to their diary.
Kelly Wavell, owner of Koko’s Bear Shop in Ryde is doing her bit for the Barely Born Appeal when she welcomes Internationally renowned British bear artists to her shop in a couple of weeks time.
Two big names in the world of teddy bears, Christine Pike and Suzi James will be bringing with them an exclusive collection of bears made especially for Koko’s Bear Shop.
On the day, they’ll be raffling a one-of-a-kind artist bear by Bearly There Bears, worth £60.
The money raised will be donated to the local Barely Born Appeal at St Mary’s Hospital.
Tickets can be bought in advance or on the day, at Koko’s Bear Shop, for your chance to win “Tinker”.
If you’ve anything that you want one for the artists to sign, feel free to take it along and you’ll even walk away with a free chocolate teddy bear!
