Anyone who has been to Bestival in the past will have seen the amazing choice of ways to stay there … it’s not just a case of sticking up a tent and going off to party. For those with the cash to splash, choosing your weekend abode could raise certain dilemmas …. beautiful bivouac or quirky podpad?
Boutique Camping evolved from Bestival after Josie Da Bank commented to Mark and Emma Sutton from BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd how brilliant their tipis were, and asked if they could think up other interesting ways to stay at the wonderful Robin Hill site.
Mark and Emma got their thinking hats on and as you will’ve seen last year, it’s not just tipis that adorn the field.
A quick flick through their site reveals sumptuous Bohemian Bivouacs (Josie Da Bank’s own inspired creation), the seaside-esque Beach Huts, quirky ‘podpads’, the double decker ‘BusBeds’ boutique hotel and a stunning tipi on the raised plateau with view of the festival.
All at a cost of course and well beyond our means, but, if you’ve got the wonga, what better way to enhance your Bestival experience.
Guests in the secure BoutiqueCamping field will also have their very own toilets (lucky devils), showers and 24hr reception/check-in service hosted by the most helpful hotel staff on the planet.
Reservations are being taken now … and you’d better get in quick, they’re selling fast.
