Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Grange Chine beach clean the weekend before last.
We hear from the Isle of Wight Surf Club that a wonderful 73 people turned out to help clear the beach on Sunday 22nd April as part of the annual Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) Big Spring Beach Clean.
A whopping 73 people turned out to help and they shifted an even more amazing 450kg of rubbish off the beach.
There was a huge amount of plastic collected during this very positive turnout. Well done to all involved.
