This coming weekend sees the return of the Breweries by Bus event.
Launched in Autumn 2022, the Breweries by Bus beer festival was formed to keep the spirit alive of the IW Campaign for Real Ale’s fabulous Beer and Buses Festival, which at its height attracted 17,000 participants, visiting 100 venues by buses new and old to enjoy great ales.
Three breweries taking part
This year there are three breweries taking part in the event, which runs from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th October 2023.
The No. 8 bus will take you safely between the three breweries, Boojum and Snark, Goddards and Wight Knuckle.
Bus tickets
The route runs between Ryde and Newport. A one-person day rover ticket will cost you £10.50 and a group day rover ticket for up to five people is £29.50.
Alight at Bembridge Point for Wight Knuckle, Sandown High Street for Boojum and Snark, and Amazon World for Goddards.
Boojums also features live music on Saturday from 6.30pm.
