Due to carriageway repair works next week on Sandown Road in Bembridge, Southern Vectis have been in touch to advise of a diversion to the route 8.
Sandown Road will be closed between Yaverland Road and Hillway Road from 9am on Monday 23rd May until 5pm on Friday 27th May 2011.
Diversion for route 8 towards Ryde is Yaverland Road, left into Sandown Road, Right into New Road, High Street, Rowborough Lane, right into Carpenters Road, Upper Green Road to continue line of route. Operate diversion route in both directions.
You must meet and transfer your passengers on to a shuttle bus in (Upper Green Road) St Helens.
A shuttle bus will operate between St Helens and Hillway Road from 07:10 until 23:38 each day
