Oxford Brookes University student Dave Lewis (who comes from Ryde) is appealing to OnTheWight readers to help with his latest fundraising efforts.
Readers may remember that back in 2011, inspired by Kyle MacDonald – who traded from a paperclip to a house within 15 trades, Dave ran his own trading up project.
Well, in conjunction with his plan to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in the summer in aid of Childreach International, he’s at it again. This time Dave started with a pen and after a couple of trades, now has a Doctor Who collection on offer.

He is looking for Islanders to offer him something in return for Doctor Who collection that he can then trade up. Eventually he’ll auction the final item in July and all profits will go directly to the charity.
