Celebrate Record Store Day 2025 at Ventnor Exchange with live music and events

Ventnor Exchange will welcome music lovers once again on Saturday 12th April as it celebrates Record Store Day 2025.

The Ventnor-based venue continues its ten-year tradition of marking the day with a packed programme, drawing visitors from across the Island and beyond.

A decade of participation
Since opening its doors in 2014, Ventnor Exchange has taken part in Record Store Day (RSD) as an official outlet, bringing a global music event to the local community.

Record Store Day, which began in 2007, has become one of the major forces behind the vinyl revival, and today over 270 independent shops across the UK join in each year.

A day for the record shop community
RSD celebrates everyone who contributes to the culture of independent record shops – the staff, the customers, the artists and the labels.

Although the main event takes place once a year, organisers work all year round to highlight the importance of record shops and to support them with special and exclusive releases.

Live music and the return of the Big RSD Quiz
Ventnor Exchange will feature live music and DJs throughout the day, creating a festival atmosphere inside and out.
