Blimey, the team responsible for the free security bike wrapping and cheap dog micro-chipping are certainly having a busy season.
On Saturday 31 October Isle of Wight Council’s dog wardens will be making their way to the Winter Gardens and will be offering dog micro-chipping for just £5.
You have a window of several hours to lead your Rovers or Fifis down to the Gardens, as the team will be enjoying the Ventnor hospitality between 10.30am and 3.30pm.
As well as the super cheap microchipping (seems we’re getting it cheaper than elsewhere on the Island), the Isle of Wight Dog Training Society are going to be present and offering pet obedience demonstrations and training.
Not forgetting the bikes, there is also a chance for you to take your bike along to be ‘wrapped’. This is a security-mark attached to the frame. For this there is no charge.
