Congratulations to the four Island bands who have made it through to the first heat of the Red Funnel Red Hot Talent comp last night at Quay Arts Centre.
Eight acts had five minutes each to impress the judges and wow the audience to secure their place in the upcoming final.
Securing the places in the final were Me and My Sister (pictured), Folklore Trio, Lucid and Kingz of Vocalz.
If you fancy watching the next heat of the competition, you’ll have to head over to Southampton on 21 April as it takes place at The Cube, Southampton University, Highfield Campus.
Doors open at 18.00 and entry is free.
