Like many other parts of the Isle of Wight, on Monday (2nd August) Ventnor Community Early Years was flooded.
Ventnor Town Councillor, Mark Jefferies, has launched a Facebook fundraiser to help raise enough money to replace the play sand that had to be used for sandbags during and after the deluge from torrential rain.
Mark says,
“They do not receive government funding so are struggling with the cost to replace the sand. Please give whatever you can afford. Thank you.”
