Yarmouth Town Council is one of eight bids for the site of former Yarmouth C of E Primary School building, on Mill Road.
Councillor Steve Cowley from Yarmouth Town Council and Yarmouth Town Trust shared the news, adding that their bid for the site — presented to Hose Rhode Dickson in mid-August — contained some 60 pages of information.
Councillor Cowley added,
“The Steering Group has been invited by the IWC to help them understand better what our bid is. We await a date for this meeting.
“Once the bids have been evaluated by the IWC, a report will be prepared for the IWC Cabinet.”
