St Catherine’s and Ventnor Middle joined forces on Tuesday last week to host a fundraising fashion show at the Ventnor Winter Gardens.
With six ladies from the schools volunteering as models the show was a great success.
The clothes came from a number of high street stores including designer names and were available to purchase on the night.
As Kim Fry, Community Fundraiser at St Catherine’s explained
“St Catherine’s is currently raising funds to purchase specialist equipment for our children and young people. Assistive computer technology can transform the learning and recreational environment for children with speech, language and communication disabilities and as a charity we have to work hard to raise these funds. We very much appreciate both our friends and neighbours in Ventnor for supporting this event.”
We look forward to the return of the fashion show again next year.
