Last week News OnTheWight ran an appeal on behalf of RNLI for lifeguards along the Hampshire coastline. It was intended to inform anyone who fancied trying something different off the Island.
This week, we have an appeal from Ryde Beach Lifeguards (RBL), who, as the name suggests operate a beach lifeguard service for Ryde.
Ahead of the spring and summer season, RBL are inviting hopefuls to get in touch. Lifeguarding can be an incredibly rewarding role, within which you’ll learn many new skills.

How to apply
The RNLI lifeguards operate in May half-term and throughout the whole months of July and August.
