An exhibition to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Medway Queen Club will be held at Cowes Maritime Museum from Friday 29 April to Tuesday 30 August 2016.
The Paddle Steamer, Medway Queen entered service in 1924 and made her last voyage on 9 September 1963. She was towed to the Isle of Wight in August 1965.
Restaurant and nightclub
The Medway Queen Club opened as a restaurant and nightclub at the Island Harbour Marina on 14 May 1966.

The exhibition takes place at Cowes Libary and is free to enter.
The Library opening times are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am – 12.30pm / 1.30pm – 5pm
Saturday 10am – 4.30pm. Closed on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
