Tom Fahey from The Terrace Restaurant in Yarmouth is offering this delicious-looking almond and apricot Baked Alaska dessert to all those who finish this coming weekend’s Chilly Hilly challenge.
The Chilly Hilly challenge is an annual ten mile, two peak race taking place in the West Wight aimed at raising money for the West Wight Sports and Community Centre on Sunday 12th December.
Free dessert
Tom says that anyone who finishes the race and has a main meal at The Terrace will get a free Baked Alaska dessert, and they’ll also donate £1 from every sale to the race proceeds.
