The Classic Boat Museum will be hosting an Open Day at its premises on Albany Road, East Cowes on Saturday the 27th October from 10.30am.
Admission will be free on the day and will give members of the public the opportunity to visit this unique attraction and meet serving volunteers.
The aim of the day is to encourage new volunteers and supporters to join this worthwhile charity and help run the Museum and Gallery.
There are openings for people to help with boat restoration, DIY work on our premises and display and curatorial projects – something for everyone.
The Classic Boat Museum Trust is staffed and supported entirely by volunteers so please take this opportunity to come along and meet us and learn how you might help.
