As VB reported at the beginning of last week, the date for the High Court hearing against the Isle of Wight council has been set for next week.
The council face a legal challenge over their changes to adult social care, which has been brought against them by a group of disabled services users.
Free travel to hearing
The hearing takes place at the Royal Courts of Justice on Tuesday (25th) and Wednesday (26th) next week and the solicitors involved have offered to arrange and cover the transport costs of any service users, carers or supporters of the action who wish to attend the hearing.
