The daily number of positive Coronavirus (Covid-19) tests for today (Saturday) is 86, that 21 more than yesterday’s figure of 65 new positive tests.
According to the Government’s Coronavirus Dashboard this takes the rolling seven-day figure to 288, a rate per 100,000 population of 204.26 .
A week ago the rolling seven-day figure was 118 – a rate per 100,000 of population of 83.69.
The cumulative total since the pandemic began is now at 7,380 – a rate per 100,000 population of 5,234.04 .
