Those who love hearing stories from afar should be interested in this upcoming talk organised by the St Lawrence Community Association by Stuart Bennett titled, ‘South with Endeavour’.
Stuart’s talk and digital images of his boat trip which follows the reverse journey of Shackleton’s Endeavour will provide the audience with awe inspiring photographic images, fascinating and often humorous observations and the unique opportunity to see these places through the eyes of someone with a matchless enthusiasm for travel and wildlife.
Stuart, an aircraft engineer and his wife Jacki, a conservationist, spend six months of the year on the Falklands and six months here on the Isle of Wight.
