After a few days of stormy weather a wander along a beach can reveal all sorts of unexpected washed-up items.
OnTheWight reader, Mandie Boswell, has shared with us her recent find on an Isle of Wight beach.
Mandie told OnTheWight.
“Desperate to dodge the downpours today (Sunday) and get some fresh air, we headed over to Bembridge this afternoon.
“I took this picture of a squid washed ashore on the high tide line.
“It’s about 10-12 inches long.”
