Hillside Ventnor has been voted as the second best hotel in the UK in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Hotel Awards.
We’re big fans of the hotel and restaurant which underwent extensive renovations in 2009.
If you’ve been to the hotel or restaurant (read our food review) we’re sure you’ll agree that the transformation has been outstanding, with all aspects finished to a high standard.
This is great news not only for the hotel and Ventnor, but will also provide a tourism boost for the Isle of Wight as news spreads around the globe.
Last year Hillside came 18th in the list, so they must be doing a great deal right in order to race up the scoreboard to number two in just twelve months.
