“Holiday Hijack” At The Planning Department

Whilst not wishing to spread too much doom and gloom, please let us just bring to your attention a number of planning applications which have today been uploaded to the Council Planning Website.

There has been much discussion in the Planning Peculiarities Section over on the forum about the technique apparently known in development and legal circles as “holiday hijack” (definition over on the forum).

Just to be clear, we’re not suggesting that all the applications below are purposefully being submitted over this period to take advantage of the holiday break, it may just be a coincidence – others however, may be a different matter.
